How Our Junk Removal Service Works
No surprises is the whole idea. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you call to the moment we drive away.
1. Get in touch
Call or text 352-613-1552, or fill in the estimate form. The form lets you attach photos, which is the fastest route to a price — most jobs can be quoted from a few pictures without us coming out.
2. Free estimate
We quote based on how much space the load takes in the truck and the labor to get it there. Stairs, long carries and heavy material like tile or concrete affect the price, and we say so up front. Large cleanouts may get a walkthrough in person.
3. Pick a time
We book a window that works for you, including same-day and next-day slots when the schedule allows. You get a call when we are on our way.
4. We confirm the price on site
Before anything moves, we look at the actual load and confirm the price. Nothing starts until you say go, and if the job is smaller than expected you pay less.
5. We do the work
We carry everything out ourselves — inside, upstairs, garage, back yard — taking furniture apart if needed and protecting floors and door frames on the way out.
6. Cleanup and payment
We sweep the space, walk it with you, and take payment once you are happy. Usable items head toward donation or resale where possible, metal to a recycler, and the rest to the landfill.
