Disconnection
We can unhook a washer, dryer, dishwasher or fridge water line as part of the pickup. Anything needing a licensed trade — cutting gas line, altering electrical or plumbing rough-in — should be handled by that trade first; we will happily haul the unit once it is safely disconnected.
Refrigerant and recycling
Refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners contain refrigerant that has to be handled properly, and appliance shells are mostly recyclable steel. We take units to a recycler that processes them correctly rather than dropping them at the landfill, which is both the rule and the sensible thing to do.
Old units left in place
If a delivery crew installed the new appliance but would not take the old one, that is a five-minute job for us. Send a photo, get a price, and we will pick it up on the next run through your area.

Can you disconnect the washer and dryer?
Yes, standard water and vent hookups are no problem. Gas appliances should be disconnected by a licensed plumber first for safety.
What happens to the appliance?
It goes to a recycler. Refrigerant-bearing units get processed properly and the steel gets recycled.
Will you take an appliance out of a tight laundry closet?
Yes. We deal with narrow closets, tight turns and second-floor laundry rooms regularly.
