What the price is based on
- Volume — how much space your items take up in the truck
- Labor — how long it takes and how far we carry, including stairs and tight doorways
- Weight — dense material such as tile, concrete, roofing and dirt costs more because disposal is charged by the ton
- Disposal and recycling fees for the material type
- Any extra work, such as taking apart a shed, deck or hot tub before loading
What is always included

What we will not do
We do not quote low and add fees at the end, and we do not start work before you have agreed a price. If a job turns out smaller than expected, you pay the smaller amount.
