Using this website
This website is operated by Junk Star Hauling LLC to describe our junk removal and hauling services and to let you request a quote. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain access to areas that are not public, or submit false information through its forms.
Quote requests are requests, not bookings
Submitting the estimate form or contact form sends us a request so we can get back to you. It does not create a booking, does not confirm a date or time, and does not obligate either of us to anything.
- A submitted form does not guarantee that we will perform the work.
- A submitted form does not set a final price.
- Work is scheduled only after we speak with you and both agree on the job and the price.
Pricing is quote-based
Every job is priced by quote. Any figure, range or example shown on this website or given before we see the job is an estimate for guidance only. The final price depends on what is actually there - the amount and type of material, weight, access and labor involved, and disposal or recycling costs.
We confirm the price with you before work begins. If what we find on site differs from what was described, we will tell you what the price is before continuing rather than adding charges afterward.
Service availability
Service depends on our schedule, the location, and the type of material involved. We may decline a job or a particular item, including materials we are not able to accept or transport. Requests outside the areas we serve may not be accepted. Timing given for arrival or completion is a good-faith estimate and can be affected by weather, traffic, disposal site hours and earlier jobs.
Information and photos you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, and our quotes are based on it. By uploading photos you confirm you are entitled to share them and you allow us to use them to assess and carry out the work. You also confirm you are entitled to have the items removed from the property in question.
